PURPOSE: To inexpensively produce a high-quality frame body through automation, by a method wherein a pair of fitting frames provided respectively with sleeves on one side thereof and supporting a receiving body for storing a seal impression are made to abut against each other at the sleeve part, a round rod form core is inserted into the sleeves, and both ends of the core are arc-welded.
CONSTITUTION: The pair of fitting frames 1 provided respectively with the sleeves 2, 3 on one side thereof and supporting the receiving body for storing the seal impression are made to abut against each other at the part of the sleeves 2, 3, the round rod form core 4 (the length of which is preferably equal to the total length of the sleeves 2, 3 jointed to each other) is inserted into the sleeves 2, 3, and both ends of the core 4 are arc-welded 5 to produce the frame body for the seal impression case. The arc-welding is conducted, for example, by using a plasma spot welder in the conditions of an electrode-base spacing of 1.5mm, an electric current of 30A, an arcing time of 80m/sec, an argon flow rate of 7l/min and a temperature of 5,000W30,000°C.
