Upper and lower horizontal frames 1 and right and left vertical frames 2 are built up and a scaleboard is fitted into the built-up frame, and a front frame 7 is shafted to the upper and lower horizontal frames 1 so as to be opened/closed inside, and by this way, a two-step holding mechanism 5 is provided in order for the printed matter to be stretched and held two-stepwise associated with the closing motion of the front frame, and the right and left vertical frames 2 are provided with deep escapes 11 for the printed matter P to be inserted into. Thus, the printed matter can smoothly and easily be replaced under the state of holding it hung, and further, with respect to the upper and lower horizontal frames 1, the printed matter P is temporarily fastened once by closing the frame 7 and then completely fastened by further closing, therefore, the printed matter is easily and properly stretched, and since it is then stretched two-stepwise, vertical strain is uniformalized, and a surplus of the uniformly stretched-out wrinkles is absorbed into the escapes 11 and this makes it possible to smoothly and easily paste the printed matter without wrinkles.
