Abstract:
To provide a frame data processing circuit configured to classify frames with greater flexibility for filter processing, and to make better use of resources, and which is easier to adapt to different applications.SOLUTION: A frame data processing circuit for use in frame filtering includes a plurality of comparator units. Each comparator unit is configured, in response to receiving at least a part of a frame data, to perform a determination whether at least partial data of the frame data matches respective reference value and to provide a result of the comparator unit based on the determination. The circuit includes: a crossbar unit coupled to outputs of the comparator units and configured to provide at least one set of crossbar switch outputs via configurable interconnects; and a cascade unit coupled to the crossbar switch outputs and configured to provide a logic output by a result-combining logic unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
