To provide a frame-like ashes container difficult to break easy to handle and mountable on a wall surface by providing it with a box part having a sealed vessel for housing ashes in the inner part, a body part for supporting the box part, and a base part for connecting the frame-like ashes container in the assembled state.

The inner part of a box part 1 having an opening 2 sealed with a glass on the front is formed of four wall parts 3 to form a space capable of arranging a box-shaped vessel 4. The vessel 4 is fixed by a reverse cover 5 and the edge of the opening 2. Further, a cylindrical pin 6 for fixing the box part 1 to a supporting and fixing body part 7 is arranged on the rear side of the box part 1, and the pin 5 is engaged with a keyhole-shaped hole formed in the front surface 9 of the supporting body part 7. A cylindrical pin 18 similar to the pin 6 of the box part 1 is disposed on a fixing base part 16. The pin 18 is arranged in the position matching to the hole bored on the reverse side of the supporting body part 1, and the pin 18 is fitted to this hole to fix the supporting body part 1 to the fixing base part 16.
