Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woody quality feeling using only a thick frame member without any need of a thick beam material by forming a truss frame member out of a non-ferrous metallic frame body, and a metallic end part formed to have a connection end on the forward end for bind press fitted to the joint groove of hub, and mounted to each end of the frame body.
SOLUTION: A frame body 21 formed out of a square bar, a round bar or the like, and an end part member 22 is prepared, for example, by cutting a long-sized extruded section steel material having a fitting part as integral part thereof, or a pipe body with the end thereof crashed for forming a fitting part. For the assembly of a frame member 20, the base ends 22a of end part members 22A1 are fitted into the fame body 21, and tightened with a bolt 23 and a nut 24. Also, for the assembly of a truss base body structure, the connection ends 22b of the end part members 22A1 are press fitted to the joint grooves 8 of a hub 3 in sequence. The frame body 21 so formed out of a fiber reinforced synthetic resin body having a wooden or grain pattern printed provides a woody quality feeling unexpected from a metallic product.
