Abstract:
PURPOSE: To fix a frame easily to a number plate attached to a car body without detaching.
CONSTITUTION: The body is formed in the shape of a picture frame from a elastic material, being composed of an upper 1a and a lower frame member 1b and a left 1c and a right frame member 1d. The frame members are provided with fit grooves 1h so that the inner parts are left open. The peripheries of a number plate are fitted in these grooves 1h.
