A device comprises a cinerary ash containing case 4 to contain cinerary ash, a frame comprising a front surface part 1a having an opening part through which inner parts can be seen through, and to which inner component members are locked, and four side surface parts 1b having such depth as to contain the inner component members including the cinerary ash containing case 4 to contain the cinerary ash containing case 4, a decoration sheet positioned at a front surface of the cinerary ash containing case 4 and having decoration of a photograph or a picture, and a back surface part installation means to fix the inner component members including the cinerary ash containing case 4 and the decoration sheet in the frame.
