To provide a frame for a solar panel which excels in workability in construction and can be applied to a large-sized photovoltaic power generation system, such as mega solar, and its construction method.
A frame for a solar panel includes: a plurality of supports 18, in which lower ends 32 are buried into insertion holes 34a opened on a ground surface 34; and adjusting tools 36, which have outer dimensions larger than the insertion holes 34a, movably provide with the supports 18 inside in an axial direction, and are fixed at predetermined positions of outer peripheral surfaces of the supports 18. A frame body 16, which is constituted by combining longitudinal frames 20 and transverse frames 22 in a lattice shape, is supported by upper ends 28 of the plurality of the supports 18, and is attached with a solar cell module 12 to the upper side, is included. In the plurality of the supports 18, the positions of the upper ends 28 are flush with each other by adjusting the fixing position of the adjusting tool 36, and fillers 44 are placed in clearances between the insertion holes 34a and the lower ends 32 of the supports 18.
