A frame structure comprises: a left side frame 31 and a right side frame 32 that sandwich all of combing heads 11, and two front and rear upper rails 33a and 33b that are disposed between the upper portions of the left side frame 31 and the right side frame 32 with the upper rails being connected. A nipper shaft 22, a cylinder shaft 15a, and detaching rollers 16 and 17 are supported by the upper rails. The frame structure further comprises two front and rear lower rails 34a and 34b that are disposed between the lower portions of the left side frame 31 and the right side frame 32 with the lower rails being connected.
