To provide simple frame structure of a motorcycle improved in positioning accuracy of a head pipe and improved strength over the whole of the frame.
An upper half 3 provided with an upper die-cut hole 13, and a lower half 4 provided with a lower die-cut hole 14 are integrally formed with each other by using a fiber reinforced member reinforced by carbon fiber. The upper half 3 and the lower half 4 are connected to each other so that the upper die-cut hole 13 and the lower die-cut hole 14 are communicated with each other, and, an upper head pipe 21 to be inserted from over the upper die-cut hole 13 and a lower head pipe 22 to be inserted from under the lower die-cut hole 14 are connected to each other by pressing them into the hole so as to arrange the head pipe 20 in a planned predetermined position with high dimensional accuracy. The upper head pipe 21 and the lower head pipe 22 are formed from an aluminum member, and the upper half 3 and the lower half 4 are formed by die-cutting in the same direction with the axial direction of the head pipe 20.
