Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make the main frame of a motorcycle compact so as to improve productivity of its frame and to strengthen the connection part of a front frame to the main frame so as to improve its safety.
CONSTITUTION: A front frame 4 and a main frame 6 are set to approximately same volume ratio, the connection part 10 of both frames 4, 6 are formed into a jigsaw-puzzle-like fitting face, and the connection length of the connection part 10 is so set as to be longer than a necessary enough contact length to get the strength as the frame of a motorcycle.
