The frame structure of a nursing electric wheelchair has a seat pipe 7 having a horizontal side 7a extending nearly horizontally and a vertical side 7b extending, curving downward from the front end of the horizontal side 7a, a back pipe 8 extending upward from the rear end of the horizontal side 7a and a reinforcement pipe 9 of an oblong elliptical cross section connected to the lower portion of the vertical side 7b of the seat pipe 7, and extending diagonally upward, and connected to the lower portion of the portion of the back pipe 8 to which the seat pipe 7 is connected.
