Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame unit, without requiring reinforcement even when a span of a building is large, capable of reducing weight while keeping strength, and without selecting a kind and a size of wood.SOLUTION: The frame unit 5 forms a hexagonal honeycomb body 1 whose respective sides are composed of a belt-like plate material 3 of laminating a plurality, and a honeycomb structure is formed by continuously connecting the honeycomb bodies 1, 1, etc, in a frame surface enclosed by a frame body 6, so that even when the span of the building is large, reinforcement is not required, and weight can be reduced while keeping the strength. Processing is also easy, and a yield is high, and the frame unit can be manufactured in a short time without causing uselessness in the wood, and contributes to cost reduction.
