PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame structure which reduces the number of foundations and improves workability.SOLUTION: The frame structure includes: a left beam material and a right beam material; a stringer; a left column material and a right column material; a plurality of horizontal materials; and a panel. The left beam material and the right beam material extend in a longitudinal direction, are inclined down toward a front side and are arranged in parallel with each other. The stringer supports front sides of the left beam material and the right beam material and is fixed to a front-side foundation that is provided at an intermediate position between the left beam material and the right beam material. The left column material and the right column material support rear sides of the left beam material and the right beam material, respectively, are fixed to a rear-side foundation that is provided at an intermediate position between the left beam material and the right beam material, and is V-shaped. The front-side foundation and the rear-side foundation are positioned on the same straight line in a longitudinal direction. The horizontal material is placed and fixed orthogonally with the left beam material and the right beam material, and the panel is fixed while placing its front end portion and its rear end portion on the horizontal material, respectively.
