To determine and notify that a fraudulent game is executed non-using game media dispensed from a game medium dispenser even to an existing game machine having no crime prevention measures without remodeling the game machine.

This fraudulent game determination/notification device is characterized in being disposed with the number of dispensing media detecting sensor for detecting the number of game media to be dispensed, in the game medium dispenser, and in having: a fraudulent game determination means 80a determining whether the fraudulent game non-using the game media dispensed from the game medium dispenser is executed in the game machine or not based on difference number information of game media output from the game machine; and a fraudulent game notification means 80b, when the fraudulent game determination means 80a determines that the fraudulent game is executed in the game machine, notifying the execution of the fraudulent game.
