To provide a fraudulent unsealing preventing cap by which an unsealing history can be confirmed, and which does not generate an unnecessary refuse after being unsealed, and prevents the formation of a protruding object which may cause an injury resulting from a touch to the cap after being unsealed.
This fraudulent unsealing preventing cap is equipped with a cover cap C for freely sealing a container mouth 1 so as to be openable and closable, a lock member 5, and a lock 6 which is installed at a container 13 side for locking the lock member 5 in a fastened state. In this case, the lock member 5 is separably connected with the cover cap C through a breakable bridge 4 in order to lock the cover cap C in a sealed state. The lock 6 has a fastening step 8 for fastening the lock member 5, a pocket 9 for housing the lock member 5, and an opening 10A by which whether the bridge 4 has been broken or not can visually be checked from the outside.
