To provide a free-flow electrophoresis device accurately separating even in the cases of connecting a plurality of preparative isolation channels together and generating a large quantity of gas in an electrode part.
In a free-flow electrophoresis device impressing a voltage vertically to a flow, while making a sample and buffer solution to flow from an upper stream to a lower stream, and implementing electrophoresis, the cross section and the length of a plurality of preparative isolation channels 5(1)-5(n+m) installed in the lower stream side are constituted equal to each other. The cross section and the length of the respective preparative isolation channels are set to equal to uniformize the pressure loss so that the flow in a separation part 4 becomes parallel and uniform, thereby effectively taking out a sample separated in the separation part.
