Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce generation of vibration which gives adverse influence to an element to be cooled.
CONSTITUTION: A load mass 9 supported by a spring element 10 and an active damper 40 for mounting a linear motor 11 for vibrating the mass 9 as a movable unit are connected to a free piston type Stirling cooler 30. Thus, when an operating state of the cooler 30 is varied and a frequency of the vibration is altered, a current to be applied to the damper 40 is regulated, a resonance frequency of a vibration system of the damper 40 is always brought into coincidence with a frequency of a cooler vibration, thereby reducing the vibration.
