To connect/store a container easily to/in a medical container aseptically, by using a freeze-drying container as the freeze-dried-matter- containing container as it is.
A container 10 containing matter to be freeze-dried is mounted in a thermally conductive medium container 19 made of glass. It is mounted so that the outer wall 10A of the container 10 is in close contact with the inner wall 19A of the thermally conductive medium container 19. Thereafter a specified amount of solution 12' for freeze-drying is filled into the container 10. After the filling of it, a stopper 16 is inserted into the opening of the container 10. The stopper 16 is inserted until its locking projection 17 comes into contact with the opening, hence half-closing the opening. In such a condition, the solution 12' is freeze-processed by a freeze-drier, and then by producing a vacuum in it, moisture in the solution 12' is sublimated, evaporated, and dried. After the drying of it, the stopper 16 is completely inserted into the opening to close the opening. Then, after the container 10 is taken out of the drier and the thermally conductive medium container 19, removable peal-seal is formed on the opening with the stopper 16 kept in the opening.
