Abstract:
SOLUTION: A container 2A with a medicinal solution filled by a filling device 5 is configured to be carried to a processing position B by a container carrying device 7 and carried in a freezing drying cabinet 6. The medicinal solution in the container 2A is freeze-dried in the freezing drying cabinet 6, and the container 2A is sealed up. The container carrying device 7 and the carrying path are stored in a pressure variable isolator 21, and the inside of the pressure variable isolator 21 is maintained in a positive pressure more than an external atmosphere when the container 2A is carried from the filling device 5 to the processing position B. Alternatively, when the container 2A after the freeze-drying process is carried out from the freezing drying cabinet 6 and carried from a discharge position C, the inside of the pressure variable isolator 21 is maintained in a negative pressure more than external atmosphere.EFFECT: While preventing contamination of the freeze-dried preparation during manufacturing, a medicine component is reliably prevented from being scattered in the surrounding environment and a worker can be prevented from being affected by health damage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
