Abstract:
A freeze-drying method of the present invention enables a material to be obtained and a material to be excluded to be separated from a material through a procedure of, while bringing the material into contact with dry ice to allow the material to have a freezing temperature, exposing the material to a vacuum environment to remove moisture from the material by sublimation of the dry ice and the vacuum, and, at the same time, a dewatering procedure by rotation of the material.
