Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain the titled heat exchanger which can be assembled in a simple manner and which has a good heat exchange efficiency by a method wherein a partition wall and a good heat conductive body are made integral with each other and a flow passage for a fluid to be cooled is provided in the good heat conductive body.

CONSTITUTION: Numeral 7 designates the good heat conductive body bonded to a cylinder 2' by silver brazing, numeral 5 designates a cold fluid, numeral 8 designates a helical groove formed in the good heat conductive body 7, numeral 9 designates a cover forming a helical flow passage in cooperation with the helical groove 8 by covering the outer wall of the good heat conductive body 7, numeral 10 designates an inlet pipe for the fluid to be cooled and numeral 11 is an outlet pipe for the fluid. The cover 9, the inlet pipe 10 and the outlet pipe 11 are closely bonded to the good heat conductive body 7 by brazing. A freeze generated in a freeze generating chamber 1 of a refrigerator exchanges heat with the fluid 5 passing through the helical flow passage through the good heat conductive body 7. In the case of the above structure, since there is no bad heat conductive substance such as the cylinder of the heat conductive body or a soldered section between the freeze generating section and the fluid 5 to be cooled, the thermal resistance of the heat exchange is small and the heat exchanger can have a high heat exchange efficiency.
