Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable an oil deteriorated product generated by deterioration of hydrolysis processed ester oil or foreign products such as machining oil, anti-rust oil and cleaning oil or the like left in a refrigerant circuit as contamination material to be efficiently collected in a less-expensive cost in a freezer device in which refrigerant of HFC system is circulated within a refrigerant circuit and in turn the ester oil having a superior compatibility with the HFC refrigerant is used as lubricant oil for a compressor.
CONSTITUTION: A part of a pipe 5b at an outlet port of a motor operated expansion valve 3 is bent approximately at a right angle to form a bent part 12, thereby some foreign materials (s) contained in refrigerant flowed out of the motor operated expansion valve 3 at a high flow speed are vigorously struck against an inner wall surface of the bent part 12 and adhered to it.
