To prevent abnormal sound from being produced at an accumulator due to oil of a freezer flowed back from a compressor into the accumulator under a stopped state of the compressor when the compressor starts its operation again in a freezer device provided with the accumulator arranged near the compressor of a refrigerator.

This freezer device is constructed such that a compressor 1, a condensor 23, a pressure reducer 24, an evaporator 25 and an accumulator 28 arranged near the comressor 1 are connected in series in an annular form. In a container of the accumulator 28 is arranged a partition plate 29 floating in oil 6 of the freezer for use in separating the oil 6 of the freezer accumulated by reverse flow generated when the compressor stops from refrigerator flowed in when the compressor stops its operation. Then, both oil 6 of the freezer and refrigerant are completely separated within the accumulator 28 to attempt an effect capable of preventing an abnormal sound from being produced when the compressor is started to operate.
