An inclined section S (a flow velocity acceleration device and a flow velocity decelerating device) is disposed in part of a case step-off section 11a (an air velocity distribution adjusting device) so that the air velocity of air-conditioning air to a periphery of an antifreezing temperature sensor 26 is accelerated and the air velocity of the air-conditioning air to a periphery of an overheating region K is decreased. The air velocity of the air-conditioning air passing through the periphery of the antifreezing temperature sensor 26 is increased, thereby detection sensitivity can be improved, the time to stop the operation of the freezer can be shortened, and the rising of the blowing temperature at the time of the resuming operation can be suppressed. In the overheating region K in which the temperature is rapidly increased during stopping the operation of the freezer, the air velocity of the air-conditioning air distributing the periphery of the overheating region K is decreased, thereby the blowing temperature at resumption of its operation can be suppressed from being raised.
