The heat radiating capacity of a condenser for a freezer 6a and the condenser for a refrigerator 7a is increased and the efficiency of total refrigerating cycle is improved by comprising a decorative board 5 having a space between the back surface of a thermally insulated box body 1 and itself being mounted on the thermally insulated box body 1 and a heat radiating path 4 arranged between the thermally insulated box body 1 and the decorative board 5 and arranging the condenser for a freezer 6a and the condenser for a refrigerator 7a on the thermally insulated box body 1 side of the decorative board 5, heat radiation from the other condenser can be radiated through the whole decorative board 5 when one of the compressors is stopped in a pair of independent refrigeration cycles.
