Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a freezing device with a vibrating trough, wherein a good circulation of liquefied gas under products is not hindered and a large freezing gradient is not generated in the products.
CONSTITUTION: A vibrating trough, on which products 9 to be frozen move in contact with at least one layer 7 of liquefied gas, comprises a bottom wall surface 3 constituted of, for example, an embossed metal sheet having a regular pattern of continuous projecting parts and hollow parts that are advantageous in regular arrangement. In particular, it is used for freezing food.
