Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent freeze caused by water splashing to a louver due to water sprinkling in a cooling tower.
SOLUTION: Water splashing prevention plates 17 and 17 are provided between a louver 9 and a heat exchange part 4 to obstruct the heat exchange part 4 and the louver 9. A conduit 19 made of copper for allowing one part of waster to be treated to flow via a slant hose 10 for constituting the heat exchange part 4, and an outlet header 18 is brazed to the water splashing prevention plate 17. The conduit 19 is separately plumbed between headers leading to the outlet header 18, and is formed in multiple stages on the water splashing prevention plate 17 from the side of the upper water sprinkle tank 6 of a top part to the side of a lower water tab of a bottom part so that uneven distribution to one surface is prevented.
