To improve a front structure of a freezing-refrigerating storage to improve safety of picking work, prevent clogging caused by an ice bank of an open-air recovery duct and reduce installation cost.
Air curtain devices 7, 8 are mounted to the freezing-refrigerating storage 1 having a picking shelf 2 installed therein and having an opened front face, and a cold air curtain 12 and an open-air air curtain 13 are formed on the opened face of the storage 1. A return duct 9 for the cold air curtain 12 is provided on the front side of the storage 1, and a cold air recovery duct 14 for the open-air air curtain 13 is juxtaposed to the front side of the return duct 9 on the floor side with respect to a scaffold 11 for the picking work. The heights of a suction port of the cold air recovery duct 14 and the scaffold 11 are leveled with a suction port of the return duct 9 to be flush with each other. Then, a single grating 15 (one component) is installed astride upper faces of the suction ports of the ducts 9, 14, and a space between the return duct 9 and the cold air recovery duct 14 is partitioned by a partition plate 16 having a heat insulating structure.
