Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a freezing system which can cool an article to be frozen efficiently by cooling the vicinity of the article under carriage locally.
SOLUTION: The freezing system 1 comprises a tank 4 for storing brine, a cooling/circulating circuit 5 for sucking brine in the tank 4 and cooling the brine before returning it back to the tank 4, a carrying means 3 for passing an article 2 to be frozen in the tank 4 through the brine, and a first air outlet 53 constituting a part of the cooling/circulating circuit 5 returning back to the tank 4. The first air outlet 53 is directed toward the article 2 being carried through brine by the carrying means 3 and the brine cooled by the cooling/ circulating circuit 5 is fed to the article 2 through the first air outlet 53.
