Title:
FREQUENCY CHARACTERISTIC CORRECTION CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH02305106
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To realize a stable operation from a low frequency without losing first speed performance by providing a means correcting the gain frequency characteristic caused at a low frequency region specific to a gallium arsenoid element and making the characteristic flat.

CONSTITUTION: When a circuit 1 to be corrected consists of a passive circuit, assuming A(f) as a transmission characteristic of a circuit to be corrected 1 and H(f) as a transmission characteristic of a correction circuit 2, the transmission characteristic between the input and output is made flat by applying the correction as shown in the figure. That is, the correction circuit 2 having a characteristic making the gain at a low frequency region coincident with the gain of a high frequency region is connected to make the transmission characteristic between the input and output flat. Thus, the stable operation from a low frequency is realized without losing the high speed performance of an electronic circuit including the gallium arsenoid element.
