Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make it possible to perform the highly accurate frequency detection at a high speed by adding the values from the first and second frequency detecting means so as to obtain the detected frequency signal, and imparting the detected frequency signal to a frequency controller.
CONSTITUTION: An F/V converter 12, which is the first frequency detecting means for detecting frequencies in digital values, and a counter 13, which is the second frequency detecting means for detecting the frequencies in analog values, are provided. The signal from the F/V converter 12 is made to pass through a high-pass filter 201 of a signal synthesizer 158, and the signal from the couter 13 is made to pass through a low-pass filter. Both signals are added with an adder 202, and the detected frequency signal is obtained. The detected frequency signal is imparted to a frequency controller 153. Thus, the highly accurate output frequency control in high-speed response can be realized.
