Title:
FREQUENCY CONVERSION CIRCUIT AND TRANSMITTER/RECEIVER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2013165433
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To provide a frequency conversion circuit that implements high second order linearity without requiring high precision control and independently of ambient effects of temperature and supply voltage.
The frequency conversion circuit includes: a polarity switching circuit 101 capable of switching the polarity of an input signal in response to a polarity control signal p; a mixer circuit 102 for converting the frequency of the signal switched in polarity by the polarity switching circuit 101; and a polarity switching circuit 103 capable of switching the polarity of the signal switched in frequency by the mixer circuit 102 in response to a polarity control signal q.
