Abstract:
PURPOSE: To considerably reduce noise in a loop band by alloting a small frequency step to a first loop and a large frequency step to a second loop.
CONSTITUTION: In the second loop 80b, FRef2 is set to 10MHz and 0.9G-1.4GHz are outputted at a 10MHz step. The deterioration quantity of intra-band noise at that time is 39dB. In the first loop, FRef1 is set to 1MHz, and the band of 10MHz being the step of the second loop is outputted at a 1MHz step. The deterioration quantity of intra-band noise at that time comes to 40dB. Thus, intra-band noise is improved by 19dB.
