Abstract:

To provide a fresh water generating apparatus which efficiently generates fresh water for each purpose while utilizing wastewater.

The fresh water generating apparatus includes a reverse osmosis membrane device for seawater for obtaining fresh water from seawater by a reverse osmosis membrane. The fresh water generating apparatus comprises: a mixing part for mixing wastewater as dilution water with a part of seawater to be subjected to the membrane treatment to obtain mixed water; a first reverse osmosis membrane device for seawater, serving as the reverse osmosis membrane device for seawater, for filtering the mixed water; and a second reverse osmosis membrane device for seawater, serving as the reverse osmosis membrane device, for filtering the other seawater to be subjected to the membrane treatment in an unmixed state with the dilution water.
