Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for keeping freshness in a new raw leaf controller capable of preventing freshness of raw tea leaf from lowering by supplying moisture to tea leaves in recharging the tea leaves into a storing container and an apparatus therefor.
SOLUTION: In this freshness keeping method, moisture is supplied to raw tea leaves A0 at either or both of a raw tea leaf connection path 5 and a raw tea leaf circulation path 4, passing in recharging the tea leaves A into the storing container 10, in a controlling method of the raw tea leaves A that a tea leaf A is stored in the storing container 10 and is stored and carried while contriving quality control in cooling the tea leaves, then whole of a part of the raw tea leaves A taken out from the storing container 10 is recharged into the storing container 10 again. By the method, the freshness can be prevented from lowering and a temperature of the raw tea leaf A0 is lowered, then a processed quality in the tea manufacturing process is improved.
