PURPOSE: To prevent color change of a dark-fleshed tuna food by wrapping it so that the lower part or both the upper and lower parts of the dark-fleshed tuna food may be each in close contact with a readily oxygen-permeable and antimicrobial film containing an antimicrobial agent at least on the surface of the film-constituting material.
CONSTITUTION: A dark-fleshed tuna food 1 is wrapped so that the lower part or both the upper arid lower parts of the tuna food 1 may be each in close contact with a readily oxygen-permeable and antimicrobial film 2 containing an antimicrobial agent at least on the surface of the film-constituting material. The wrapped materials are put on a tray 3, then, e.g. tightly sealed with a wrap 4 and subsequently subjected to distribution-sale.
