To solve the conventional problem of a friction clutch device having a complicated structure causing a high manufacturing cost because its output side member is axially moved by the action of a cam when rotational torque is applied to its input side member.
A cam part 7 to link a cam plate 2 to a first rotator 3 is formed by a second cam 21 on the cam plate 2 side and a first cam 22 on the first rotator 3 side, the second cam 21 and the first cam 22 are formed by projecting surfaces 24a, 24b and recessed surfaces 23a, 23b each of which runs along the peripheral direction and inclines toward the shaft center 5, and the cam plate 2 is set heavy. By this simple structure, the cam plate 2 is made to move along the prescribed shaft center 5 by using the angular acceleration of the first rotator 3, and power can be transmitted to a casing 4.
