Abstract:
To provide an electrification method and an electrification apparatus which are capable of improving accuracy in separation by an electrostatic separation method.
A friction electrification apparatus 1 comprises: an electrification container 3 into which different kinds of objects to be charged are put; and a rotational drive mechanism 4 which rotationally drives the electrification container 3 so that the objects having been put into the electrification container 3 rub against each other. The electrification container 3 includes a contact part 7a which can contact the objects. The contact part 7a is constituted by an antistatic material provided with an antistatic function.
