Abstract:
To provide a technology capable of achieving a slip coefficient of 0.23 or more at a joint part and appropriately controlling an adhesion amount of zinc phosphate, in a friction joint structure in which a plurality of plated steel materials with a steel material having a plate thickness of less than 6.0 mm used as a base material is frictionally joined with high-strength bolts.SOLUTION: A frictional joint structure is configured such that a plurality of plated steel materials having been plated on a base material is frictionally joined with high-strength bolts, where the thickness of the base material of at least one of the plated steel materials is less than 6 mm, phosphate treatment is applied to a joint surface on which the plated steel materials are frictionally joined, and an adhesion amount of zinc phosphate on the joint surface is 1.0 g/m2 or more and 5.0 g/m2 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
