Abstract:

To provide a structure capable of obtaining a large transmission gear ratio and exhibit stable performance.

An input shaft 1 or an idler shaft 27 and an output shaft 4 are arranged in a state where center axes α, β thereof are intersecting each other. An input friction surface 20 of an input disc 2 concentrically fixed with the input shaft 1 and a second idler friction surface 33 of a second idler disc 22 concentrically disposed with the idler shaft 27 are frictionally engaged with an output friction surface 22 of an output disc 3 concentrically supported with the output shaft 4 and an idler friction surface 24 of a idler disc 21. Abutting pressure between each friction surface is ensured with plate springs 18, 31. A tilt angle θ of a generatrix of the input friction surface 20 is allowed to be 9.7 degree or less, and a ratio of the diameter of the input friction surface 20 to the diameter of the output friction surface 22 is made large, thus enlarging a transmission gear ratio of a transmission.
