Abstract:
To provide a small economical page turning device which enables a page of a book to be surely turned over.
A corner part of an opened page surface of the book is buckled by a frictional force, so that a single sheet can be surely separated. A small "frictional force/slide arm type" single-sheet separating mechanism is provided at the corner part of the opened page on a bookrest; the corner part of the sheet is buckled so that the single sheet can be separated; and the singly separated sheet is moved by turning over by means of a page turning rod, so that the small/economical page turning device, which enables the page to be surely turned over, can be realized.
