Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method which causes a consumable bar or rod to deposit a consumable material on a substrate to be deposited with this consumable material by a frictional shaving system while making either oscillation or rotation relative to the substrate and the method which is used for frictional welding as well.
CONSTITUTION: The substrate 6 is installed onto a support 7 having a prescribed angle Q with the interlocking direction of traverse 8. While the consumable bar 5 is supported by a repulsion support 9, the bar rotates on the substrate 6. The consumable bar is shaved by the friction generated by the relative motion between the consumable bar 5 and the surface of the substrate 6, by which a deposited part 10 is generated.
