PURPOSE: To provide a fried-food cooking device by which low-calorie fried food can be cooked safely without poison, easily without causing noise, and in a short time.
CONSTITUTION: In a fried-food cooking device in which food 5 to be fried is put in a prescribed container 4 and is carried in a frying pan 1, and after fried, is transferred to a centrifugal separator 8 for removing oil, and then is taken out; principal constituent equipments such as the food container 4, the frying pan 1, and the centrifugal separator 8 are characteristically made of MgTi material. It is also recommended that the entire surface or the surface of a necessary part of constituent equipment made of MgTi material is subjected to carbonizing, or nitriding and surface hardening; or after carbonized, or nitrided and surface-hardened, is subjected to coloring, or interference-coloring. Since the MgTi material is free from poison, it is suitable for the material of cooking devices, and since it has a high vibration-damping capacity, the occurrence of noise can be reduced. Further, it is lightweight and excellent in corrosion resistance, and can be safely used for a long period of time.
