Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frieze board attaching structure for a desk, which enables a frieze board to be easily and firmly attached to a desk.
SOLUTION: The top plate 6 of a desk is bridged over a pair of right and left legs 3, 4. A laterally directed engaging groove 9 is equipped on the front face of a connecting rod 7 to connect the rear upper parts of both legs 3, 4. An engaging piece 19 equipped above a suspension rod 16 extended upward from both sides of a frieze board 13 to cover the rear part of a space under the top plate 6 is engaged with the engaging groove 9. The frieze board 13 is suspended and attached between rear parts of both legs 3, 4.
