The frigid clothes are obtained by providing a fabric 2 excellent in heat radiating properties (a mesh fabric, or the like) only in a site 3 corresponding to the breast of the clothes, forming the other sites of a usual fabric and affording a stomach band site 3A. The frigid clothes singly provided with a fabric excellent in heat radiating properties in the site corresponding to the back or the breast and the back may be preferred as sportswear.
