Title:
FROG FOR ARRANGING FLOWERS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2003325289
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a frog for providing convenience and excellent water uptake performance by using thin tubes for the needles of the frog.

The plurality of needles 2 are erected on a base 1, and a water passage from the bottom surface of the base 1 to the distal end of each needle 2 is arranged. While the frog is shaped so as to be easily handled, each needle is thin and tubular with the water passage, so that water in a vase is soaked up by evaporation power provided in plants and a capillary action. Thus, the activity of a root which is lost by cutting a stem or a branch is restored, so that the convenience is obtained together with excellent water uptake performance. The distal end surface of each needle 2 is diagonally cut just as a medical syringe needle. Thus, flowering plants are easily inserted with a small amount of force, and even a woman elegantly performs flower arrangement.
