PURPOSE: To precisely and easily assemble a grille filler on a fender panel or a bumper.

CONSTITUTION: A pair of left and right brackets 61 is welded on a car body front part, and an installation end surface 35 of an end part of a grille filler in the longitudinal direction and a front end installation part 50 of a fender panel 11 are tightened together by a bolt 81 on a first support part 71 of these brackets 61 in a state where they are overlapped with each other. The first support part 71 can be displaced in the cross direction of a car body to a certain degree. An upper end installation part 25 of a bumper 12 is installed on a second support part 72 of the brackets 61 in a state with a play in a certain degree in the horizontal direction. A lower part installation piece 55 of the fender panel 11 is fixed on a third support part 73 of the brackets 61 by a bolt 86. An end installation part 26 of the bumper 12 is fixed on a lower edge flange 52 of the fender panel 11 by a screw 88 inserted into an end installation hole 28.
