Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the movement of the front face of a cabin backward, when the front face of the cabin of a framed cab-over type vehicle collides, and reduce the vibration of the cabin. SOLUTION: In a front body structure for a framed cab-over type vehicle with a cabin placed on an under-carriage frame via a mounting member, an upper belt member 5 is fixed in the vertical direction on the indoor side of the front panel 2 of the cabin and a joint between the lower end of the upper belt member 5 and the front panel 2 and the front end of the under-carriage frame 1 are bolted to the lower end of the upper belt member 5 with the upper end integrated with the lower end of the front panel 2 and connected a lower belt member 6 extended to the vertical direction with the lower end bolted to the front end of the under-carriage frame 1 via an elastic member 7. In this way, when the front face of the cabin collides with an obstacle, the front face of the cabin is locked to the under-carriage frame 1 with both belt members 5, 6 to absorb vibration transmitted from the under-carriage frame 1 to the lower belt member 6 with the elastic member 7.
