A transparent thermoplastic resin plate 1 to 5 mm thick, for example, an acrylic resin plate is used for a front face plate. Metal oxide, such as titanium oxide, tin oxide, zinc oxide, iron trioxide, or bismuth trioxide is cited as a photo-semiconductor coating the surface of the resin plate.
